If you have placed a member of your team on furlough for longer than 30 days and would like to save any unused license costs, please download the excel sheet using the button below and complete accordingly.

Once complete please send it as an attachment to helpdesk@netitude.co.uk using the subject “Furlough Request”

Regarding Office 365 licensing:

  • If you wish to save the 365 licence cost, the user on Furlough will no longer be able to login to the mailbox. 
  • Any prepaid licenses now not needed will be credited back on the following month’s agreement invoice. 

Regarding our support:

  • Netitude will happily pause agreement costs in line with Furloughed users, this will come into effect from the next billing cycle.
  • Workstation costs will need to stay in place for Anti-Virus/updates etc.
  • Server/infrastructure costs will need to stay in place for reasons above, plus any non-furloughed users.

As a change request, this will be processed as quickly as possible. You will receive an email when it has been scheduled for an engineer.
