For example, if the request is made on the 20th of January, the discount will be applied from 1st of February.Microsoft 365 licenses will remain in place for furloughed users.We will not offer support for furloughed users until the date they return to work.Please email email@example.com when you wish to un-furlough a furloughed user to reinstate support for that user.As a change request, this will be processed as quickly as possible.
